The last few weeks have been intense, as we navigated our way through the first steps of the project. Since this campaign was unlike any others in previous courses, we took time to process our confusion and work through uncertainties. So despite having a head start, our progress slowed down and came to a halt at some point. Generating insight and brainstorming concepts were the most challenging since we wanted to explore even more ideas to find the best ones. Misunderstandings and frustrations started to appear due to stress, affecting members’ productivity and the team’s morale. Although it took some time to get back on track, our team worked out our differences and grew closer together 🫂
We were the second team to present. Our team had rehearsed constantly the day before, but as this was the first presentation in this course, we were still undeniably nervous. Before we knew it, 10 minutes went by quickly and feedback was given. Fortunately, our proposal got some compliments! We also received valuable constructive comments to improve the next pitch, which we discussed right away with each other.
Overall, everyone was really satisfied with our team’s performance! It felt like a huge burden has been lifted off our shoulders, but only for a while. We still got a long way to go, so let’s keep this momentum going! 😋
